Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Manager in Silverdale, Washington

Provide Leadership to the Advanced and Program Planning groups by ensuring that high quality products are delivered in a timely manner. Advanced planning includes performing analysis and providing planning products needed to support resource forecasts and ensure SWFPAC is postured to support the FBM program through 2084 meeting all schedule and contract requirements. This support includes, but is not limited to, SPOSE Analysis, What-ifs/SWF Change Directives (SCDs), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management, Active Inert Missile (AIM) coordination, generation of SWFPAC Bi-Weekly Metrics package, energetics planning, long range storage analysis, and management of pre-DD250 activations. Program planning includes performing detailed missile scheduling, statusing, and requirements management to ensure quality, design, schedule and contract requirements are met. This support includes but is not limited to missile requirements development (Igniters, Second Stage Motor Inspection (SSMI), Service Life Evaluation (SLE), Energetics, SPALTs, Stock sweeps), Missile Body Operations (MBO) scheduling/statusing, Industrial Support Requirements Plan (ISRP) coordination, generation of daily move list and explosive report, rocket motor shipping/receipt coordination, and support equipment planning. Production planning includes, providing production planning products required to meet all SWFPAC pre-DD250 manufacturing and production processing quality, design, schedule and contract requirements. In addition, provide Weapon Processing Completion Reports (WPCR) in support of Post-DD250 production operations at VMPB-3. Provide cross organizational support, coordination, and interpretation of technical requirements as established by engineering drawings, specifications and command media requirements. Documentation control includes, but is not limited to, providing documentation control of deliverables and services associated with the update, issuance, and control of Facility and Fleet D5/LE missile and associated support equipment (SE) documentation. Responsible for the oversight of the Documentation Control Board (DCB) and the controlled document change process. Ensure product data and product operations data documents are delivered and maintained in accordance with requirements documents and command media. Provide documentation control support for FBM operations at Camp Navajo.

Basic Qualifications • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical discipline from an accredited college. • Candidates must be familiar with FBM operations at SSP remote sites, i.e. Eastern Range, SWFPAC, and SWFLANT. • Candidates must have five years assigned “L-Code” and/or assigned group lead/leadership experience with a strong aptitude for, and demonstrated skill in planning, scheduling, and/or project management. • Candidates must have demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written), and leadership skills, and behaviors that align with Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) imperatives. • Must have an Interim Secret clearance

Desired skills • Experience working in missile production, program planning, and/or advanced planning at SWFLANT or SWFPAC • Experience with the SPOSE Analysis process and familiarity with long range planning factors • Experience with missile scheduling/statusing and processing requirements • Excellent presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Project software • Ability to interface and communicate with customers (internal & external), peers, and leadership • Experience in technical problem resolution • *Experience with SAP/ERP Applications • Strategic thinker with long term focus • Experience with project planning and execution • Green Belt Certified
