Technology Leader (Job Number: 010057W-01)
Establishes and maintains a technology library, the Technical Standards, and owns PT element of PSM and leads its implementation for the site.
Works closely with Global Technology on the development, scale up, and implementation of new technologies and major process improvements. Integrates program elements into technology improvement plans and resource plans. Owns Management of change process (QAR).
Leads development of the unit’s future state vision based on needs of the business, supply chain, and site.
Defines the improvement projects and other programs needed to address both correction of operating problems and movement toward the vision. Performs the business value analysis to establish priorities.
Tracks the execution of improvement projects and other programs targeted at yields, capacity, quality, waste identification and reduction, cost, process capability, process variability.
Assures that an appropriate quality management system is developed and maintained consistent with business and regulatory needs
Ensures through internal audit that the QMS standards are sustained and upgraded
Assures global best practices and procedures are leveraged as appropriate
Coordinates correct reporting, visualization, accurate and timely communication of the quality policy, quality principles, and quality performance within the organization
Reviews and approves quality information such as quality plans, incident investigations, control plans, FMEAs prior to communication to customers.
Primary CP resource for the site.
Managing audit capability & performance.
Support in building the competencies needed in the site.
Continuous Learning about Crop Standard 002 and managing FSI & TCAL for the site.
Scheduling & tracking External/II-Party Audit for sites in scope; DuPont, contractor, manufacturing partner, and supplier.
Lead Auditor for the site CP Audits, ensuring sites are audited as scheduled.
Monitors how audit findings are addressed and how CP is managed at each site.
Ensures timely reporting of Global CP metrics for AP audit closeout (quarterly)
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
Strong leadership, business acumen, communication skills and technical skills.
Minimum of 10 years in quality and process technology in operations.
Experience in working with multi-disciplinary technology teams is desirable.
Creative in problem solving approaches.
