The RMC Coordinator will work part time (19.5 hours per week) and provide administrative support to the system, office, and program/project. They will also assist with projects and coordinate flow of work through the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administers function/system specific support to programs and processes.

  • Coordinates functional needs in the areas of project coordination.

  • Uses discretion when answers both routine and exceptional inquiries.

  • Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor and provides follow-up to ensure projects/activities are completed as required.

  • Gathers and analyzes data as requested by management.

  • Serves as contact point for communication from other departments.

  • Makes and/or suggests corrections or process improvement as necessary.

  • Performs work with a basic understanding of departmental procedures in respective field.


  • A minimum of a High School degree is required. An Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

  • MS Office (Word and Excel) experience is required.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment while being an individual contributor is required.

  • Experience in office management is required.

  • Experience with office administrative systems (for purchase orders, personnel trainings, budget accruals) is required.

  • This is a part time position located in Skillman, NJ. The ability to work 19.5 hours per week in Skillman, NJ is required.
