Job Title BM Welding / EBA Assistant BMN1

Perform Weld and EBA Assistant responsibilities and duties to ensure that production, quality and safety objectives are obtained.
Operate welding and leak test equipment as directed in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform and document quality tests as described in work instructions.
Set up workplace for optimal process flow and ergonomic reasons (bins, components, paperwork, etc.).
Update systems including completion of necessary documentation, maintaining Management Board, and processing SAP transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Adhere to production targets and communicate any significant deviations to management immediately.
Communicate to Supervisors / Team leads any equipment issues or other concerns.
Ensure proper material identification and labeling of all materials within work area.
Participate in the auditing process including implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean workspace including housekeeping and cleanliness.
Incorporate 5 S ( everything has his place ) into your work environment.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred
Technical Skills: Basic math and computer skills required Other Skills / Abilities: Multi tasking, problem solving, passion and commitment, clear and open communication, deliver results.
