Ericsson Manager, Demand Generation in Stockholm, Sweden

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Demand Generation Manager in the new Technology & Emerging Business unit. In this position you will lead digital activation of our global marketing campaigns & demand generation priorities. You will evangelize the use of digital; setting up and monitoring performance, implementing best practices, and ensuring knowledge sharing. This position has the focus on IoT (internet of things) and other campaigns definded and driven in Technology & Emerging Business, targeting influencers and decision makers with priority solutions, products and services drawn from across the company portfolio and with partners. You will report to the head M&C; and is part of the M&C; leadership team in the T&EB.;

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive demand generation and digital marketing programs based on analysis to discover digital ways of reaching customers throughout the customer journey, primarily 1-1.5 years from Sales
  • Design and project manage Inbound and Marketing programs to nurture targeted prospects into sales qualified leads
  • Manage and coordinate creative development, message crafting and content asset plans for a digital nurturing including, but not limited to, mediums such as: web/landing page/email copy, webinars, info-graphics and banners
  • Write, test, and optimize landing pages for search engine marketing - both paid and organic.
  • Manage PPC (pay per click) and other digital advertising initiatives - testing copy, measuring results, managing costs and liaising with digital advertising agencies
  • Work in close collaboration with demand operations, customer marketing and sales interfaces to ensure smooth handovers between digital and physical leads management
  • Measure and analyze inbound and outbound performance and ROI.
  • Support colleagues within M&C; with measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns. Act as topic specialist for digital channel marketing, webinars, digital events, email marketing, etc.
  • Work with stakeholders across M&C; to ensure that the content we produce is fit for a digital environment
  • Evangelize the use of digital channels and features as integral parts of Ericsson M&C; efforts – integrating digital and analog efforts

Key interfaces:

  • Contribute as member of teams for Global Campaigns
  • Collaborate with insights team, industry marketing managers, external communications, event managers, regional campaign managers, customer marketing and other roles that form part of a marketing program
  • Collaborate with performance marketing for KPI development and tracking
  • Digital marketing team
Key Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent training/experience with 6+ year work experience
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (including SEM)
  • Knowledge on digital marketing tools and solutions
  • Strong leadership skills/people management skills
  • Experience from executing global marketing campaigns
  • Experience from demand generation
  • Experience from digital marketing
  • Strong focus on execution and measurable results
