Job Purpose

This candidate will join a team responsible for plan configuration on the bswift platform. The candidate will assess the plan design and perform the necessary configuration to support medical and ancillary products. The candidate will be required to bring significant experience working with group products as well as be very skilled on the bswift platform or a similar benefits enrollment tool.

The candidate will participate in all functions necessary to support the bswift platform, including testing, quality assurance, plan and product design, support of EDI integrations, employer training, best practice development and reporting. This position will also be responsible for training existing configuration analysts with advanced techniques, as well as creating and maintaining processes and procedures. Other key responsibilities include working closely with Wholesalers, Account Managers and Brokers during the onboarding and enrollment process as well as serving as a point of contact and training resource for Employers.



· 4 year College Degree.


· Experience with an online employee enrollment tool such as bswift is required.

· Experience with Major Medical and non-AXA group benefit products is required.

· Very good data entry skills using web-based applications.

· Good skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

· Knowledge of SQL, SQL based database query tools and IBM BlueWorks is a plus.

· Very good analysis skills.

· Experience with online application testing and creation of test cases. Prior experience with .csv or text file creation is a plus.

· Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel, external vendors, brokers and agents if required.

· Ability to operate in a challenging and fast-paced team environment.

· Experience with presentations or demonstrations to multiple audiences.

· Possess a high level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness.

· Ability to work well during high volume sales periods.

· HTML, Javascript and Style Sheet experience is a plus, to assist with User Interface changes in bswift.
