If you are our Communication Electrical Hardware Engineer,Antenna in Taiwan, you will have a chance to

  • TheCommunications Technology organization provides the strategy,analysis, direction, and implementation for communications solutionsembedded in all HP products. Technologies include antenna, noise and wire/ wireless modules (LTE, WWAN, WLAN, WPAN / Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, LAN modems)integration and certification.


  • TheCOMM-HW Antenna is responsible for the successful system integration ofantenna, noise and radio module solutions across HP products. You willhelp specify, evaluate and provide key contributions to the selection of new antenna,radio module solutions, suppliers, and then integrate and qualify that into HPproducts.

Educationand Qualifications

  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Electronics,Communication Engineering or related field of study, with an 8+ years related experience in Antenna HW will be preferred.

Experience,Knowledge, and Skill

  • Candidateshould have solid technology background of antennatheory

  • Candidateshould have solid hands-on experience of antennadesign

  • Candidateshould have solid experience of prototype simulation, fine-tuning, andmeasurement

  • Candidateshould have solid capability to create, define, and maintain antenna specification& test plan

  • Candidateshould have solid understanding of anechoic chamber theory, application, setup,and measurement

  • Candidateshould have experiences with comprehensive radio standards (including 2G/3G/4G,WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, WiGig, etc.)

  • Candidateshould be able to analyze antenna designs for compliance with specifications,ability to produce in volume, material availability, design margin integrity,and cost effectiveness.

  • Candidateshould have experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams aswell as practical experience in all phases of the product developmentlifecycle.

  • Candidateshould have proven experience working with matrix engineering teams as well asexternal suppliers and customers

  • Candidateshould have excellent communication skill in English, both written & verbal
