DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Key, scan and/or verify alpha-numeric data accurately and efficiently from hard-copy documents to a computer system to register voters during high-production period.
Compare informational data between various state agency databases to register voters and/or verify voter eligibility in a timely fashion.
Learn quickly basic software programs.
Respond to customer service needs courteously on the Voter Assistance Hotline and/or via email about voter registration matters.
Perform other administrative processing tasks as needed including, but not limited to, copying, opening mail, and date stamping.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with data entry and multiline telephones.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
