Kforce Learning Management Specialist in Tampa, Florida
Kforce is seeking a Learning Management Specialist for a client in the Tampa, FL area. The Learning Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the client's learning systems, tools, and processes. This may include designing and building conference registration sites via Cvent, advising other Learning & Development teams on how to utilize and leverage our systems and tools, researching and responding to issue escalations, and supporting miscellaneous projects.The Learning Management Specialist is responsible for managing catalog and activity creation, enrollment and attendance processes for complex and time-sensitive Learning & Development courses. This may include auditing requests processed by the client's service provider, building L&D courses and corresponding activities in our LMS and affiliated systems, providing suggestions for LMS based registration solutions and outstanding enrollment issues and/or confirming the validity of credits awarded for external content.
Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years experience
The ideal candidate will have experience administrating a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or experience administrating Cvent software
Knowledge of Lotus and Google
Proficient in Microsoft applications
