The Treasury Sales Support is an integral TreasuryServices coverage team member who contributes to new sales targets andachieving portfolio growth objectives. The position is primarily geared toproviding support to Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and accountability forbriefing memos, account plans and Pitch Books, while ensuring coordinationamong product partners, TMOs and other internal partners to develop clientsolutions. As a member of the team, the position plays an integral part to helpgain, manage and maintain the relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Treasury Servicesexperience with a strong understanding of cash management and treasury products.They will also have commercial client facing experience and proven successidentifying client growth opportunities. This role allows an individual todevelop skills over time for a successful career within the firm and to pursuemore senior roles within the Treasury Services such as a TMO position. Thefinal officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will bediscussed at the time of offer. It may be different than what is listedon the requisition based on candidate experience level.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Workwith the TMO on client proposals including Treasury solutions, cost/benefitanalysis, pricing and profitability models, etc.

  • Assistand lead client call preparation by creating relationship review materials,pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research

  • Understandclients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives

  • Leaddiscussions with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions

  • Understandcompetitors’ products and positioning within the client & market

  • Coordinatewith internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up andaccurate pricing/billing

  • Proactivelyidentify cross-sell and growth opportunities within the existing portfolio

  • Understandthe risks related to AML/KYC/Credit/PDD and apply the required controlprocedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sDegree with 2-4 years in cash management or related field

  • Abilityto work with experienced Treasury partners in order to recognize a client'scash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutions

  • Knowledgeof Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process andprocedures

  • Exposureto and understanding of treasury and cash management solutions typically usedby corporate clients

  • Strongdrive/ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills withthe ability to mobilize internal networks and resources

  • Timemanagement, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitaskand meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Highlyproficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superioranalytical and quantitative skills
