Our client is searching for a Bookkeeper to join their team. Reporting to the Manager, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing payments and receivables, creating and tracking invoices, preparing of data for QST/HST/GST returns, monthly timesheets as well as maintaining fixed assets file and monthly update of accrued items. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for preparing actual to budget expenditure reports, preparing invoices and tracking payments of receivables, assisting with yearly financial statement audits, weekly invoice payments as well as monthly cash flow forecast, filing of accounting and banking records and other tasks that may come up in conjunction with the position.
