Our client, a mid-sized Investment Firm located Downtown Toronto, is currently seeking the immediate assistance of a Corporate Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator for a rewarding temporary opportunity. Reporting to the Business Services Executive you will be responsible for working the Front Desk as a Receptionist and Guest Services Coordinator. Day to day duties will include, answering the lines of a busy switchboard, greeting guests and clients, and booking, coordinating and setting up board and meeting rooms; with such things as, audio / visual equipment, catering, agenda's and packages. Additionally, the Corporate Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator will also be responsible for receiving / arranging couriers, handling minor invoicing, filing, faxing, photocopying as well as additional projects that may come up to help support the Business Services Executive.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this Corporate Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator role will have 2+ years of previous experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Corporate Receptionist or Guest Services Coordinator, ideally within the Investment industry. The successful candidate for this role must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as a strong work ethic. Fantastic interpersonal skills and exceptional written / verbal communication skills are essential for this engagement. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who is skilled in problem solving and has the ability to take initiative.
