Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for working the Front Desk as a Receptionist and Guest Services Coordinator. Day to day duties will include, answering the phones, meeting and greeting guests and clients, booking and coordinating board rooms, and meeting rooms, as well as sending and receiving couriers.
