Our client in the Toronto area is seeking the immediate services of a Senior Administrative Assistant to assist them on a three month contract opportunity. As the Senior Administrative Assistant, your duties include but are not limited to the following: managing executive's calendar, schedule appointments and ensuring Executive is on time; arranging complex travel and accommodations, compile documents for travel-related meetings; assisting in management of the team including vacation requests, expenses and other approvals; preparing all materials for Executive in advance of meetings, presentations and screening and responding to incoming calls and correspondence. In addition, the Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing files and maintain contact database; acting as custodian of corporate documents and records; acting as direct liaison with vendors/customers/partners and performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents as required. A financial background or previous exposure working in the financial industry is preferred.
