Search Engine Optimization Lead - HP Ink & Toner Cartridge Business - Partner Support
Position: Organic Search Specialist

Reporting to : Val Gabriel, HP Print Digital Go-to-Market (Dublin, Ireland)
The WW Ink and toner cartridge marketing organization is responsible for driving the sales and market share of HP Original supplies (Inkjet cartridges and Toner cartridges) in the digital sales space by ensuring we deliver the best customer experience.
The success in selling HP original supplies in the digital environment will be heavily influenced by how well HP and its channel partners show up on Internet search engines. SEO is therefore a critical element of our digitals sales strategy. The SEO lead will take the ownership to dive SEO for HP cartridges worldwide.
Organic Search Specialist
As an Organic Search Specialist, you understand, communicate and execute all elements related to organic search. You are responsible for identifying and recommending SEO best practices that will help improve organic search results on HP Partner sites selling original supplies. You will create and launch SEO initiatives, work across many different geographies and analyze, review and implement changes to ensure all sites are optimized for search engines.
Working through regional marketing and product management teams to improved SEO results for HP Print original supplies (Ink and Toner Cartridges) with key HP channel partners
Work closely with the Paid Search Lead/ team to maximize synergies between paid and organic search.
Leverage keyword optimization to facilitate keyword recommendations for new and existing content opportunities.
Work closely with content aggregation and syndication partners to integrate and deliver SEO optimized content to partners
Serve as the key liaison between SEO agency partners/Consultants and local region and country contacts.
Identify and address localization requirements and workflow implementation across all region and countries.
Monitor Google and other search engine Webmaster accounts to identify site issues, crawl barriers and keyword data. Make recommendations on page updates.
Facilitate monthly reporting with key stakeholders.
Manage day to day SEO tasks & ad hoc requests.
Perform periodic SEO site audits to uncover possible optimization opportunities to help improve ranking and performance.
Define opportunities to optimize content for SEO outside of aggregation and syndication.
Report on progress and improvement in HP original supplies SEO scores.
