**This position is contingent upon contract award**SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will perform logistical support tasks, such as receiving material and routing it to the responsible party. Essential Job Duties: • Performs logistical support tasks, such as receiving material and routing it to the responsible party• Coordinates and implements office services, interprets and communicates operating policies • Analyzes operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and creating new systems or revising established procedures • Locates and compiles information and formatting reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information • Assembles and categorizes facts and figures for written computation and calculations • Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets to manipulate and/or format data and/or reports• Performs duties in a safe manner Following the corporate safety policy • Participates and supports safety meetings, training and goals
• High school diploma or equivalent• At least two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar field• Applicants must be a State or Nationally Registered EMT (Emergency Medical Technician)
Work Environment:• Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable• Long Hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions• Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse condition
