The Company is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology team to be responsible for effectively managing IT hardware and software assets through each phase of the IT Asset Lifecycle – acquisition to disposal. The IT Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for management of technology related hardware within the organization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain documentation for IT Asset Management run books in repository

  • Work Service Now tickets which are routed for software or hardware requests

  • Update Asset inventory from bill of material or invoices when assets received

  • Manage hardware/software purchases and support renewals to reduce cost

  • Manage asset inventory data with repetitive data validation to ensure quality information is provided for software installs, usage and removals

  • Collect and analyze information to provide budget and forecast information to senior leadership

  • Maintain document repository for Asset Management policies and procedures

  • Manage SSL certificate purchases and renewals

  • Manage receiving process as it pertains to updating IT asset inventory

  • Maintain data to track total cost of ownership

  • Participate in software audits and true ups



  • Bachelor s degree is required or 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience

  • ITIL certification preferred

  • Financial and/or Mortgage industry expertise preferred

  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now and SCCM

  • Solid PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work items appropriately

  • Self-motivated, self-confident team player that can work well in a fast-paced environment. Quick on one s feet, fast thinker

  • Ability to understand and communicate high level technical concepts
