Job Summary:Performs a variety of moderately complex accounting activities such as reconciliations, posting entries to general ledgers, and accounts payable/receivables.Job Duties and Responsibilities:■ Makes general ledger entries to the system. ■ Ensures DDA tickets are run by a specific time daily. ■ Processes miscellaneous check requests. ■ May prepare a variety of financial reports and summaries. ■ Performs accounts payable function. ■ Researches records and gathers data. ■ Maintains record of fixed assets.■ Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion. ■ Performs other related duties as required.
