Dir, Market Development - Information Ecosystems


Develop information ecosystems in global markets (inclusive of US) for LexisNexis Risk Solutions.


  • Build and execute a long-term strategy to develop contributory and / or cooperative information ecosystems, such as new credit bureaus and Anti Money Laundering utilities.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities in accordance with the strategy.

  • Lead cross-functionally to leverage LNRS experts and senior leaders in technology, analytics, product and other areas to drive opportunities and RFPs to a successful conclusion.

  • Develop formal business cases as needed to resource opportunities and ensure profitable wins.

  • Develop and maintain productive senior-level relationships with potential customers, NGOs and government ministries in the target markets.

  • Develop expertise in LNRS capabilities such as our High Performance Computing Cluster (HPCC), Credit Risk and Anti Money Laundering Solutions in order to evangelize those capabilities to potential customers and develop new infrastructure use cases

  • Maintain current working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and competitive dynamics in the target markets.


  • Requires a BS or equivalent educational achievement. MBA from a top tier program preferred.

  • Requires a minimum of 15 years related technical and professional experience, including global business development experience, especially in Asia

  • Skills required include business acumen, strategic planning, organizational assessment, creativity, highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, quantitative analytical abilities and outstanding communication skills and executive presence.

  • The ability to work effectively within a cross functional organization.
