Job Description

**This position is contingent upon contract award**SOS International LLC (SOSi)is seeking a highly qualified Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager who will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of the quality program by leading and managing quality, environmental, safety and continuous improvement personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Program. The ideal candidate will implement and manage the QA/QC, CI and Environmental/Safety Program, as well as ensure the performance and quality of assigned QA/QC, CI and Environmental/Safety function conforms to established standards and governmental agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction.The candidate will also develop audit programs and ensure audits of procedural elements of program management occur, coordinate collection of responses to customer Corrective Action Response (CAR), work directly with operating entities to ensure inspections, statistical process analyses, and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications. The candidate must also consult with local management in determining best measures of project efficiency while conducting and directing internal management audits, preparing formal audit reports, and defining audit schedules.

Minimum Requirements

• US Citizenship is a requirement• Must possess a DOD Secret Security Clearance• Minimum requirement of a Bachelors Degree• Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently is required• Must Possess at least three years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity• The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall be on-site during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the Government’s regular working hours
