Essential Job Duties:

Employee will provide military analyst support to revision and development of LE Policy Framework, Systems and Processes and to support the management of Army Learning Products. Duties include but are not limited to the development of a plan to review, revise, integrate and synchronize all LE Regulations, Pamphlets, Policies and Guidance to document new LE requirements and process changes, and eliminate identified gaps and inefficiencies in LE policy. Synchronize the Policy and Guidance Oversight Committee (PGOC) effort; recommend, schedule, and review assigned tasks; manage milestones; support meetings; publish meeting results; and maintain project records and files. Employee will develop and staff policy documents; conduct analysis, perform quality control; provide assessments; sustain the Learning Enterprise Developer – Toolbox (LED-T) portal; support the Training Development Capability (TDC) Functional Proponent administrative and coordination requirements; synchronize proposed growth initiative efforts; recommend, schedule, and review proposals from proponents; assigned tasks; manage milestones; support meetings; publish meeting results; and maintain project records and files; synchronize monthly LE coordination meetings; provide documentation in accordance with contract deliverables and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Must be a graduate of Graduate of a military service school equivalent to the Sergeant Majors Academy and/or the Command and General Staff College.

  • 5 + years of military experience with the knowledge of training and education development processes.

  • 5 + years military experience with knowledge in learning product development for the institutional training domain and/or operational training domain.

  • The ability to effectively and efficiently use Training Development Capability (TDC) to assist in managing and reviewing LE products.

  • SharePoint experience with regards to using SharePoint to manage actions to integrate input from multiple sources and to share information among LE stakeholders.Special Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate should be familiar with AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development and TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets, and use/application of the Army’s approved automated LE development tool (currently, TDC).

  • Experience with Training Development Capability (TDC): The ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC will be needed to gather and resolve data issues.
