Position Description:

Job Description and Job Responsibilities: •Responsible for reviewing daily requests/queries from Master Data mailbox. He/she is tasked to complete all MDM elements processing tasks at hand.•He/she is expected to finish/complete code block elements as assigned to by the supervisor at the end of the day.•He/she is responsible to ensure that the Service Now tickets are assigned accordingly to the proper POC – both on and offshore before completing the requests in SAP and/or Legacy.•Responsible for ensuring that every item completed is accurately executed in SAP.•He/she is responsible for the escalation of any other issues/concerns to US counterparts.•He/she is required to attain all required metrics as indicated in the SLA and all other performance measurements.•He/she should abide all rules and regulation as implemented by the company based on company policies and all other unwritten guidelines as required.• Responsible for the completeness and quality of each code block element the team is maintaining. • Main point of contact on all process related concerns. • Actively participates in process escalation, trouble-shooting and resolution when a problem is encountered. • Assists team lead in updating and creating Process documentation that can be used for training purposes and process improvements. Assists Team Lead in monitoring all incoming and completed requests • Performs coaching/training new and existing BPAs • Creates weekly/monthly performance reports such as dashboard for process review, Verint reports and the like • Handles weekly operations call with business partners and process owners. • Performs other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time

  • Must be willing and able to perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time

  • Must be willing to actively participate in process escalation, trouble-shooting and resolution when a problem is encountered
