Deliver the highest quality candidate experience to ensure Samsung is viewed as candidates' Employer of Choice
Improve recruitment lead-time and candidates quality across positions with an efficient tracking database and reporting system
Internal resourcing: Identify and source appropriate talents for current open roles within the organization as assigned.
External recruitment: Optimize jobs posting and utilize all technical means to source quality experience candidates for opening jobs, and also to ensure Samsung is viewed as candidates Employer of Choice
Participate in Employer Branding with regional offices, universities, career show…
Implement recruitment system (in GHR-Hub)
Complete recruitment approval for all selected candidates across positions
Prepare Offer Letter and get confirmed signature from candidates
Work closely with Samsung Share Services Center in oversea to input employee data
Prepare all necessary documentation and support for welcoming newcomers
Collect/ Store all newcomers profile in HR Cabinets
Scan and attach all of Education Certificate, Offer letter on GHR-Hub
Follow-up probation results with line managers
Education and Career Check
Weekly update recruitment report
Necessary Skills / Attributes
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Requires at least 5+ years high-tech or FMCG full-time recruiting experience and Talent management with sourcing through Internet, business networking, college recruiting, and search firms
Strong network of professional affiliations to stay informed of current and future trends in recruitment and staffing.
Experience with building multiple sourcing strategies for both internal and external pipelines using a variety of means including recruiting passive candidates, leveraging competitive resources, networking, and data mining Internet tools, web sites and social media/networking.
Excellent project management and organization/planning skills
Expert communication skills
Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees/executives
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and systems implementations
Proactive initiative and communication style
Excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
Possess at least Bachelor Degree preferably Human Resources, Business Management
Supplemental project management and/or vertical industry experience - preferred
Able to build rapport across multiple cultures
