SOS International (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to support a large program providing translation and interpretation services in support of forces engaged in humanitarian, peacekeeping, contingency, and combat operations overseas. The TOPM will be accountable for all aspects of the task order execution and manages the hands-on, day-to-day execution of related operational activities. The ideal candidate will have significant management experience in support of a professional services contract in a contingency environment.


• Responsible for operations and resourcing of all Task Order requirements, including linguist staffing, GFE accountability, and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) tasking responses

• Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the contract

• Ensures that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements

• Acts as the Primary Point of Contact on behalf of SOSi that is authorized to act on all matters relating to the daily operation of the task order

• All other duties as assigned


• Must possess current DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

• Must possess current DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field; OR 20+ years of military experience (retired at E8 or higher level)

• Current PMP Certification OR DAWIA Level III Project Management certification

• 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience within the last 15 years

• Must have the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates



• Personnel will work in harsh and austere locations in Afghanistan

• Work environment is often stressful and detail-oriented
