Join our Information Technology team where you will work on new Pega technology and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. The candidate will regularly lead multiple small to medium-size projects and will be responsible for designing and developing functional and architectural framework components of Decision Management and Case Management systems.

  • Provide technical-leadership to project team members and business partners across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.

  • Designs and codes from specifications, analyze, evaluate, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications.

  • Participate in business requirements (story telling / grooming sessions) phase and design IT solutions.

  • Actively lead complex design and be a key anchor on the design of PRPC and CMS implementation projects.

  • Ensure that the solutions meet business needs, meets performance requirements and security restrictions.

  • Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation.

  • Create project artifacts like approach and design documents, release notes, security audit reports.

  • Support production implementation of solutions and technical governance focused on one or more projects.

  • Assist application architects and senior developers in evaluating new technology, developing proof-of-concept projects to evaluate technical soundness of proposals for architectural enhancements.

  • Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications.

  • Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support.

  • Customize purchased applications, and assists in maintaining program libraries and technical manuals.

  • Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

  • Monitor program execution for expected performance.


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).

  • Possess experience implementing PRPC application including Pega decisioning and case management implementation.

  • Experience in Pega UI development.

  • Experience in process excellence/modeling, workflow, or flow charting.

  • Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

  • Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional team.

  • Communication & stakeholder management skills.

  • Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues.

  • Pega CSSA certification.

Preferred Skills -

  • Pega 7 experience.

  • Pega DSM experience.

  • Certified Senior Pega Marketing Consultant (CSPMC).
