          Job Description Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs. Develop all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develop all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer-based/computer-aided training.

          Subject Matter: Open source intelligence analysis and exploitation in support of the Department of Homeland Security and its components by providing a range of intelligence and counterintelligence analysis and related services through the entire intelligence life cycle of collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination as well as support to required intelligence training and tradecraft activities.

          Top Secret clearance with DHS Suitability required

          Position may require some TDY travel

          Work will be performed in the National Capital Region and El Paso, Texas
          Basic Qualifications Experience developing and delivering multi-media Intelligence analysis and tradecraft training.

          Must meet one of the following education plus experience combinations:

          *Bachelors degree in a relevant field plus 10 or more years of relevant experience

          *Masters Degree in a relevant field plus 7 more years of relevant experience

          *PhD Degree in a relevant field plus 5 more years of relevant experience
          TS/SCI clearance is required(Current DHS suitability is preferred)
          Desired skills Current DHS suitability
