A Front Desk Coordinator is needed for a short-term temporary assignment with a successful Waterloo company. The Front Desk Coordinator will be answering incoming calls on a one-line phone system, will be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers, and will be expected to review the companys brochure with the customers in the office. There are typically about 14 customers that come in during the day and you will mainly be receiving rent payments which you will be trained on how to handle. Advanced customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are the most important attributes for the Front Desk Coordinator to have.
