Robert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a contract to full-time opportunity with our client in Jefferson County, WI. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting over 3,000 end users nationwide on 1st tier technical issues related to Citrix, Microsoft Office Suite, over 50+ applications, PCs, printers, mobile devices, and general hardware. You will be the first person answering 90% of technical issues and calls. It is imperative that you provide excellent customer service and thorough resolution and follow up. You are held accountable to responding under timeframe for voicemail and emails, but the ultimate goal is that end user is satisfied with the service and results. You will be working on a team of other Help Desk professionals reporting to the Help Desk Manager who has been with the company 10 years! Work Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
