Kforce has a client seeking a Program Support Coordinator in West Des Moines, IA.Position Summary:Program Support Coordinator:The client is looking to add to their already awesome team by hiring more like-minded, positive professionals who are willing to dive right in and learn, all while helping to improve quality of service and lower the cost of healthcare.The ideal candidate will perform operational and consulting services in support of CMS's launch and implementation of value based purchasing initiatives. The candidate will perform a myriad of functions including the development of educational materials and communication, frequently asked questions, but most importantly function as subject matter experts in the areas of stakeholder engagement and support of quality measurement. Team members will be responsible for communicating with CMS, other contractors and the practices and payers who are participating in the demonstration ultimately ensuring success of the program.Essential Functions:Program Support Coordinator:

Operational Support:

  • Serves as subject matter information resource to internal and external customers

  • Answers inbound advanced level customer support calls and emails from providers and program stakeholders

  • Utilizes knowledge to research and resolve technical issues and program questions in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction

Project Deliverables:

  • Provides input based on subject, program and product knowledge to the business and functional requirements for software products and services, including enhancements

  • Completes tasks and deliverables

  • Four-year degree in Business, Health Care, or IT and 0-3 years related experience; or equivalent experience in related field

  • Intermediate experience working with Windows and PC based software products

  • Experience working in a deadline driven environment, handling multiple tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Communicates clearly and concisely while demonstrating deep knowledge of subject matter

  • Strong customer service/customer focus
