National Fuel is currently seeking full-time Operations Specialists to work at its West Seneca
dispatch center.

Operations Specialists are responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and accurately relaying information regarding customer service and emergency situations to employees working in the field using radios or telephone consoles, in a dispatch role. Operations Specialist are also responsible for a variety of general clerical work including data entry, answering telephone calls in a phone center environment, operation of office equipment, gathering data and creating reports, and maintaining various maps and service line records.

This position is an integral part of a 24-hour, 7-day per week operation. Candidates must be available to work a flexible work schedule that primarily includes weekends and evenings with short notice. The position will also include midnight-8:00 a.m. shift.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. The position requires excellent communication and customer service, attention to detail, organizational skills, PC/keyboarding skills, and basic clerical skills.

This is a clerical position within the Company's collective bargaining unit with an hourly rate of pay of $19.70 National Fuel also offers a benefits package.
