Description

The Business Control Support Testing Team is responsible for developing, analyzing and tracking performance of “high risk” processes within CCB Collections. Reporting to the Business Test Manager, this role will be responsible for performing those activities to allow the business to understand and better manage its risk.

Responsibility

  • Developing and monitoring performance of “high risk” Collection processes within CCB Collections through transactional testing

  • Remain current on internal and external changes impacting assigned tests

  • Partner with Process Owners and control stakeholders to address gaps

  • Aggregate, analyze, and report the management information;

  • Develop presentations for senior stakeholders based on interpretation of data metrics, evaluations of trends and make recommendations based on findings, when needed

  • Provide monthly performance review with Collections Senior Leadership

  • Conduct thoughtful ad-hoc analytics as needed

  • Create business control validation, compliance health checks, and management dashboards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2 years of demonstrated analytical/statistical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to a broad range of management and across functions

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment

  • Working knowledge of SAS programming

  • Technical, statistical and analytical skills - preferably SAS based

  • Data extraction, analysis, interpretation and understanding of broad based performance metrics

  • Ability to identify and understand trends and make recommendations based on analysis

  • Ability to present findings and recommendations and the steps taken in the analytical process to a broad audience of both analytic and non analytic management

  • Detail oriented, flexible, technically savvy and deadline focused

  • Ability to interact across all levels of the organization and build strong partnerships
