DuPont currently has an opening for a Global Manufacturing HR Leader partnering closely with the DuPont Protection Solutions (DPS) business. In this role you will be a:
Strategic partner to the global manufacturing leadership team leading human capital imperatives to drive business value in alignment with DuPont Protection Solutions Manufacturing strategy.
Accountable for the effectiveness of all Manufacturing HR activities across supported organizations. In alignment with the DPS Global HR Business Partner, working closely with Global Manufacturing Leadership to identify and validate HR needs to achieve strategic Manufacturing objectives for the business. Provides direct consultative and strategic partnering to manufacturing leaders to maximize performance of the organization.
Identifies, articulates and translates the HR needs of manufacturing to the COE and deploys appropriate processes and programs offered by the COE’s in ways that bring business value.
Champions the deployment of standard HR processes across the manufacturing organization.
Understands and monitors effectiveness of HR programs through use of metrics and HR analytics in a way that drives manufacturing performance.
Accountable for the deployment and effectiveness of all manufacturing talent management and manufacturing talent development processes, globally.
Provides direct consultative and strategic partnering and coaching to the global manufacturing leadership team to maximize performance of the manufacturing organization.
Collaborates with DPS HR Business Partners, the Regional HR Directors and the local country HR Business Partners for effective deployment of Manufacturing HR activities globally.
Collaborates with COE’s for maximum effectiveness of Manufacturing HR activities. HR PROCESS RESPONSIBLITIES:
Leads the global manufacturing talent management and global talent development processes for DPS. (OLR, ALDP and Strategic Workforce Planning)
Leads manufacturing implementation of engagement survey processes and action planning processes
Leads manufacturing organization design efforts as required
Leads manufacturing workforce planning and supports the talent acquisition processes including on-boarding and new employee orientation POSITION DIMENSIONS:
Primary client group: Manufacturing Global DPS Leadership Team
Direct reports: 0
Liaison points: works closely with DPS Global Business HRBP, local HRBPs supporting client group and Regional HR Directors
Member: DPS HRLT
Reports to: DPS Global HR Director
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
College / University degree with at least 10-15 Years of experience in Human Resources, preferable in a multinational environment
Strong leadership skills and experiences.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing and plant-level HR experience.
Solid industrial labor and employee relations experience.
Broad experience in developing and implementing change management initiatives and creating organizational capabilities.
Strong interest and capability in talent development and talent management
Demonstrated results orientation and high level of energy / passion.
Demonstrated ability to adapt corporate HR direction to the needs of manufacturing.
Demonstrates strong teamwork, collaboration and cross-cultural skills.
Demonstrated skills and experience for effectively interacting with all levels of the organization
Fundamental understanding of HRIS technology applications such as Taleo, Workday, etc.
