The Manufacturing Operations in Wilton Connecticut is responsible for the production of lithography tools as well as purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing. This position is based in Production Engineering Group within the manufacturing sector in Wilton, Connecticut.

To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes.

Job Description

Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications. Introduce new products into production in an existing “Concurrent Engineering” environment. Create and design production tooling & qualification test. Generate technical work instructions. Support production issues with concise troubleshooting of the Electro-Mechanical systems and sub systems. Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions. Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure. Interface with internal and external customers regarding the build and test of assemblies and final products Create and direct equipment calibration, upkeep, and new equipment specification and procurement for all analytical instruments used in manufacturing.


Bachelor of Science in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.


Experience with precision mechanics, a plus One to Five years in an Engineering environment. Working knowledge of Unigraphics and SAP a plus.
