Office Manager needed in greater Hartford area! Our client, a well-respected and growing construction company North of Hartford is in search of an Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager will report to and support the CEO of the company. The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, managing a support staff of 4, maintaining office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and training employees, maintaining office staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees, and maintaining office efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of administrative experience, construction industry experience, and experience supervising individuals. Strong computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are also required. A competitive salary up to $70,000 is offered depending on experience along with full benefits and bonus potential.
