Sr. Manager - HR Shared Services needed north of Hartford! One of our top clients, a large manufacturing company north of Hartford is looking for a Sr. Manager of HR Shared Services to join/lead their shared services division. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strategic mindset and previous shared services experience. The Sr. HR Shared Services manager will be responsible for the strategic management and overall operation of the HR Shared Services Department. They will effectively manage staff to ensure a high level of service as well as provide coaching, leadership and development. Ideal candidates for this position will have 7+ years of HR experience, some previous experience in a shared services environment, supervisory experience and knowledge of benefits administration. A BS degree is required and an advanced degree or HR cert is a strong plus. Excellent company benefits and salary to $115,000 is provided depending on experience.
