Human Resources Supervisor opportunity! Our client is a leader in its market segment and is requiring an Human Resources Supervisor to oversee the company's 3rd Shift operation. The essential duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Supervisor, 3rd Shift operation, will include, but not limited to: enforcement of Company policies, safety standards, goals, and related compliance standards; administer various Human Resource plans and procedures; supervision of HR functions, such as staffing, training, benefits processing, along with effectively addressing employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree, minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR role, working knowledge of HR regulations, excellent communication skills and sound decision making skills.
