A High End Consumer Products Company located in Middlesex County is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Participate in departmental projects as assigned, including but not limited to compiling reports for auditors, updating systems tables - Provide excellent customer service and support to Human Resources and Finance associates. - Process payroll for assigned brands; including file imports and exports within payroll application and with outside vendors, data entry in system, generating reports for Finance and Human Resources. - Participate in internal and external training and meetings - Ensure adherence to payroll policies and procedures. - Interface directly with HR partners for assigned brands (written/verbal) - Review and reconcile quarterly taxes for assigned brands. - Work with Ceridian Tax Service to resolve tax filing inquiries. - Review and audit of data input and output If interested please email your resume in MS Word format to Richard.Hecht@roberthalf.com or call Richard Hecht at (732) 634-7200.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years U.S. payroll experience. Knowledge of U.S. Payroll compliance and basic payroll tax knowledge. Strong Excel and Word skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work additional hours during peak processing periods (year end and occasionally). Experience with Ultimate Software or have worked in an environment servicing multiple clients. Some knowledge /experience with Canada payroll a plus.
