Must Haves:

  • Windows environment

  • Troubleshooting basics on PCs, printers, phones

  • Good communication – will work with an offsite engineer at Northeast Data to troubleshoot higher level issues, does not need to know everything (just needs to be able to identify what certain things are, routers, switches, phones, etc.)
