oscilloscopes, signal measurement, RF test and Keithley products. Covering

commercial accounts in a large sales territory, you will have the opportunity

In this role, you will

be asked to:

  • Exceed sales target for yourterritory

  • Develop a Territory Sales Planthat focuses on growing revenue in the territory across large and smallcustomers

  • Understand customerorganizations by department, function, strategies, and key programs

  • Profile and developrelationships with key executives (Managers, Directors, VP’s,) within theterritory

  • Master the basic features andbenefits of our primary products, including Oscilloscopes, SpectrumAnalyzers, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers & BERT’s

  • Identify and sell into new andexisting applications for Tektronix & Keithley products

  • Effectively utilize salesresources including applications engineers, product teams, channelpartners & inside sales support

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record ofquota attainment selling technical products and/or capital equipment utilizinga defined sales process

  • Demonstrated success calling ona diverse sales territory consisting of commercial accounts,military/government accounts and public universities

  • Demonstrated successprospecting for and closing new business

  • Highly motivated and successdriven

  • Fully developed tactical salesskills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers)

  • Strong communication andpresentation skills

  • Excellent time and territorymanagement habits

  • Experience with personalcomputer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office programs

  • Engineering degree, EEpreferred

  • Minimum 3 years of sellingexperience

  • Ability to travel 50% of thetime within territory
