KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Facilitator Execution to join our Advisory Learning and Development organization.
Develop and drive the execution of all key components of the Advisory National Facilitator Program for KPMG Business School – Advisory (KBSA)
Drive the development and execution of the facilitator application process to continuously improve the identification, selection and development facilitators
Lead facilitator development by designing, implementing and assessing a comprehensive program to assist facilitators at all career stages
Create and conduct needs assessments to develop and enhance facilitator skills
Identify and adopt new facilitation techniques and promote best practices to enhance and improve the quality of facilitation through workshops and peer mentoring
Work with Program Manager and Learning Strategy Lead to ensure a seamless, integrated learning journey which reinforces learning both in the “classroom” and on the job
Minimum of ten years of experience in learning and development and delivering effective facilitation of training; preferably from a professional service firm
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Experience in developing, managing and leading teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms
Excellent project and people management skills
Ability to interact with and influence senior leaders
