Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure assigned complaint/request categories are handled within the stipulated TAT of 4 days for core customers and 1 day for CTG clients

  • Coordinate with departments concerned to investigate and initiate to provide an optimum solution keeping in mind the standards of client experience

  • Provide RCA, process improvements and suggest re- engineering of procedures and processes with the objective of enhancing client experience

  • To ensure the resolution rate is always maintained at 90% on a monthly basis for both complaints and requests

  • To Proactively Highlight challenges and issues that have the potential to deteriorate client experience and work towards reducing customer dissatisfaction

  • Complaints/Requests Analyses

  • Compliance to all regulatory requirements

  • other duties as directed by the Manager


Candidate Specifications:

  • Graduate - Bachelor Degree

  • Excellent oral and written skills

  • Relevant Experience in Customer Service

  • Thorough knowledge of EXCEL
