Randstad has exciting opportunities for multiple project managers who has also functions as scrum masters. Scrum Alliance certifications are highly desired as well as previous experience working in large financial institutions.

The Senior Project Manager job duties will include the following key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the successful completion of initiatives which will include people, process and technology improvements

  • Create, maintain and execute project plans

  • Integrate with LOB / FLUs to manage the projects and be proactive in gathering status updates from partners, while minimizing impact to LOB / FLUs partners

  • Assist in completion of Business Requirements Documents (BRD's) and associated tasks

  • Execute on Enterprise Change Management Structure (ECMS) requirements

  • Develop a comprehensive plan that will provide detailed and critical content around deliverables and routines including: readiness, implementation and post implementation

  • Facilitate communication, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain agreement between partners

  • Establish and provide supporting documentation for governance routines

  • Establish status templates and weekly status update routines

  • Track and report Action Plan progress and evidence development

Required Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects

  • Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes

  • Preferred experience with large financial institutions

  • Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients

  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines

  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills

  • High level of credibility with executives, various line managers and business partners; demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive to results

  • 7+ years change management, PMO, finance or similar experience
