Position: Sr. Leadership Development Consultant/PartnerReports to: VP Talent Management
The Sr. Leadership Development Consultant/Partner is responsible for driving the implementation of enterprise-wide talent management solutions, specifically regarding leadership development and succession management. Ensures alignment of succession and leadership development strategies with organizational strategies and leads cross-disciplinary teams to address organization-wide talent management issues.
Job Description/Requirements:
Develop new leadership and management curriculum and continually improve current content. Design enterprise leadership assessment strategy for all levels.
Facilitate class room instruction and discussion. Develop communication strategies to update and encourage business leaders to attend sessions.
Provides executive coaching to leaders and high potential candidates. Become a trusted leadership partner and coach to our leaders.
Perform needs analysis to ensure that leadership development resources exist and are developed to support learning needs based on competencies, organizational changes, and other external factors
Design succession planning program. Provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding the state of leadership talent, including succession plans and talent pools. Manage/deliver enterprise executive level high potential programs.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify development, career paths, and learning needs for the business. Then identify best resources to achieve success
Plan large scale leadership summits and events
Develop communication strategies to update and encourage business leaders to attend sessions
Stay current on the most recent leadership best practices
Identify and use key metrics to measure overall success of leadership development activities and impacts of data and research on the business

Requirements of Qualified Candidates:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of leadership development experience
2+ years of curriculum development experience
2+ years of coaching experience
Ability to travel up to 50-75% at peak times or major rollouts
Strong public speaking skills and ability to engage large groups
Demonstrated knowledge on adult learning styles
Strong PowerPoint skills and Microsoft office suite
