Job Description:

STG Inc. is looking for a CMDB / DML Administrator to support the United States Army Forces Command Headquarters (FORSCOM HQ) mission located in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Fort Bragg is located next to Fayetteville, NC, in the south eastern region of the state. In this position you will be an integral part to the development of a Configuration Management Database and become the custodian is. You will also be responsible for the Definitive Medial Library. This opportunity will give you room to grow and help the HQ FORSCOM better manage configurations items for the entire HQ. Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the continued development of the CMDB

  • Work with application developers to further the CMDB

  • Participate in Agile process for continued development of CMDB

  • Key custodian of the CMDB once development reaches O&M

  • Maintain current DML and be the POC for software request approvals

  • Participate in Change Boards to provide input on software requests

  • Maintain digital and physical copies of all software

  • Responsible to ensure that all software is duplicated between multiple sites

  • Required to produce monthly reports to the direct manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Information Systems, a relative field, or comparable experience

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT based position

Certification Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundations V3 Certification required within 180 days of hire


  • Secret Clearance required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of databases

  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of tracking configuration changes

  • Demonstrates good communication skills
