Commercial HVAC - Outside Sales Engineer
Commercial HVAC material supplier in Fort Myers FL has an opening for an Outside Sales Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for consultative selling of HVAC equipment for installation on commercial construction projects to an extensive customer list which focuses on Contractors, Engineers and Owners. Hands on training provided.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Applying new and established technologies to solve thermal, comfort and process challenges
Building customer relationships, assessing & fulfilling customer needs
Quotation development- equipment take-offs, product selection, pricing, bid strategy
Negotiation and order closing
After-sale job project management- submittals, ordering, expediting, problem solving
The ideal Outside Sales Engineer will:

Work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
Have the ability to multi-task
You will need to have:
An Engineering or Construction Management degree with an excellent academic record; or comparable industry experience
Sustained high performance and leadership potential
Demonstrated a good work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assess needs and provide solutions
Industry experience (5 years) preferred
