Partners with managers within designated Hawaii and North America locations to manage the talent pipeline to fill primarily high-volume unionized positions. Develops, plans, executes large scale recruitment events, requiring strong public speaking, relationship management, and organizational skills.
Deliver full-cycle recruiting services to assigned groups
Develop strong partnerships with managers to define talent needs
Ability to understand business and operational needs
Ensure recruitment processes are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
Maintain strong relationships with candidates to deliver a high level of engagement and professionalism
Assist with development and delivery of interviewer training and updates
Meet recruiting service level standards
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience in Recruiting or HR
Experience in full cycle recruitment. Solid understanding of federal, state employment laws and regulations
Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to deliver effective presentations to various audiences
Ability to negotiate, influence and work with business leaders at all levels
Excellent customer service orientation and relationship management experience
Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize
Experience working with applicant tracking systems
