Project Coordinator/Admin-Telecom Temp
This is a temporary position for approximate 5+months with the possibility for extentions.
The position of Project Coordinator/Admin-Telecom Temp coordinates and administers daily use of telecommunications across North America, within the IT Operations team. Primary telecommunications remit includes the provision of end user mobile telephony, utilizing assigned vendors and provision of data & telephony solutions across the BrandSafway site environment within North America.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Delivery of all telecom components of site turns ups, changes and turn downs. Following BrandSafway procedures coordinate internal field based IT and approved vendors to deliver site projects:
Identifying and ordering appropriate telecom and data circuits and services
Vendor management of multiple providers and TEMs(liaison between end user and vendor)
Overseeing Voice over IP telephony deployments(Masergy and Skype for Business)
User provisioning of desk phones and softphones(Masergy and Skype for Business)
Administration of IT Site information, project tracker, and quoting documents
Mobile and Tablet device procurement(coordination with TEM, direct relationships with carriers)
Assisting with identification of appropriate mobile devices for use within BrandSafway including Intrinsically Safe(IS) devices for the field.
Workflow processing(Audio Conferencing, IS tablet requests)
Maintaining Policy and Procedure documentation
Telecom Expense Management(monitor and report savings, manage relationships)
Coordinate billing audits and quarterly reviews with providers
Coordinate internal telecom related recharges
Resolving Helpdesk tickets and case workflows assigned to the Telecoms team
Weekly and monthly reporting out on activities planned and accomplished by Telecoms team

Education and/or Experience
Required Education & Experience
Higher education in Information Technology or other related technical field or equivariant work experience
3 years relevant work experience in supporting IT Projects
Preferred Education & Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT Operations
