Description Works as a team member with managers and co-workers, fostering best practices through telephone, electronic mail, and written correspondence and assist clients with various requirements related to rental reservations, timeshare use, travel, and guest inquires. Communication is to be professional and positive at all times and result in profitability for the company.

  • Uses suggestive selling techniques such as utilizing preferred vendors.

Essential Functions:

  • Review and entry of owner use and rental reservations into software systems.

  • Answer all calls, voicemail and internet inquiries in a timely fashion.

  • Fulfillment of online bookings, cancellations, and modifications that come in through OTA's.

  • OTA booking audits.

  • Notify Inventor Control Department of new arrivals.

  • Scan all Rental Documents.

  • Process rental contracts for Managed /NM Resorts – Send acknowledgement letters.

  • Record and process Bank weeks for all Managed Resorts.

  • Monitor Owner Rental inventory and match with Rental Reservations – Send Banking
