The Clinic Assistant is an essential team member and is expected to enhance the patient experience at USC Physical Therapy Associates.

Job Accountabilities:

Schedules patient appointments, prepares patient charts and exam rooms, monitors patient flow, assists physicians with exams as needed. Reviews and codes charge slips, submits insurance claims. Performs office duties.

Minimum Field of Expertise: Certificate of completion from medical assistance program.

Medical office management, medical secretarial and medical assisting experience. Phlebotomy and EKG skills required for some positions.
