Position Description Overview

We need a person to Commercialize our PG offering to Merchants and PFs. Individual will support Sales Team, Product Team, Ops, CnR & Tech Team to better commercialize existing Merchant & PF relationships. Simultaneously help create new business via product offerings with PF.

Job Responsibilities

  • Commercialize Electronic Payments services & associated offerings as a product for New age Merchants.
  • Deeper engagement with Bank acquiring partnerships for E-com, Education & Utility Merchant sourcing
  • Driving growth via Integrated Webpage
  • Identify New Payment Facilitators in Market and establish relationships. Drive Retail E-com sourcing with Payment Facilitators, Identify new business opportunities with Payment Facilitators like DCC on Ecom, MCC processing, UPI, AEPS. End to End RFP & Bid Management with Banks & Payment Facilitators.
  • Setup Retail on-boarding processes & Drive process Improvements with Payment Facilitators. Generate new product requirements basis Market research, trends, and Customer Interactions. Responsible for creating Product & Business decks for Merchants & Internal reporting.
  • Act as a conduit between Large e-com merchants, Payment Facilitators & all departments of Company like, Operations, Product, Sales, Finance & Technology

Scope of Job

Complete focus on E-commerce sourcing for India Region, Relationship Management and New business opportunity creation.


Works independently under broad supervision and general instruction.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 10-14 Years
  • Prior B2B Business Development experience, understanding of Payments sector, B2B Relationship Management
  • MBA or equivalent Degree/Post Graduation in Business Management
